We’re more than just a farm – we’re an experience and a top Central Illinois Agritourism destination! As our farm continues to grow, we’re expanding our team for the 2025 season and looking for hardworking, fun-loving individuals to join our Farm Crew!

Now Hiring: Seasonal, Part-Time Positions
Field Team
Help us grow and harvest the best crops in Central Illinois! You’ll work outdoors assisting with preparation, planting, scouting, and harvesting of our food, flowers, and pumpkins.
✅ Love working outdoors.
✅ Can handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
✅ Available from April through late October with a flexible schedule.
✅ Must work at least one shift during our annual Mum Fest event (weekend after Labor Day).
Food Team
Deliver a delicious experience to our guests! You’ll prepare or take and fulfill orders at our farm concession stand, keeping things fun, friendly, and efficient.
✅ Available to work May - October on Saturdays in the summer and Saturdays & Sundays in the fall, including evening Summer events (August).
✅ Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Passionate about delivering amazing food and service.
✅ Can maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures.
Fun Team
Be the face of our farm! Engage with guests, assist at the welcome booth & NEW Farmyard Fun Park, and create memorable farm experiences for our visitors.
✅ Love interacting with people of all ages.
✅ Energetic, proactive, and great at customer service.
✅ Available to work June - October on Saturdays in the summer Saturdays & Sundays in the fall. May include some evening events in the summer (August).
✅ Comfortable helping guests, answering questions, and ensuring a fun and safe visit.

General Qualifications
✅ Food & Fun Team: 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
✅ Field Team: 14+ years old with reliable transportation.
✅ Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as a team.
✅ Comfortable with prolonged standing/walking.
✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to follow directions & take initiative.
✅ Adaptable and willing to embrace change.
